Saint Louis Missouri Food

I'm more of a purist and traditionalist in my heart, but St. Louis has an ever-evolving food scene, and I ate my way through the city every day. Italian food, from roasted ravioli to the classic spaghetti bolognese, is pretty much all about St. Louis. Nowhere is this alliterative triumvirate of Italian food more brilliantly illustrated than in the bustling restaurants of the old town, where it can be found in every corner of every restaurant and bar. When you live in the heart of a city with such a vibrant, diverse and constantly vibrant food culture, you know you have something to eat.

Here is a list of some of the best restaurants and eateries I have discovered in different ways in Saint Louis, along with a few tips and tricks for each.
